Everybody loves a good night’s sleep.

But aside from waking refreshed and full of energy there are other important benefits.

Sleep can help repair injured tissue, improve mental health and wellbeing, assist us with weight control and it plays a key role in brain functioning, including memory.

This module on sleep will look into ways in which we can get a better night’s sleep.

Remember, as an adult we require 7-8 hours’ sleep per night to be truly rested and effectively access all of sleeps incredible benefits.
