We can help you manage your shortness of breath or cough – these symptoms can be due to a breathing pattern disorder brought about by COVID-19.
We can teach you to reset and refocus your breathing using the Bradcliff method of practice.

We can provide you with well-researched advice around sleep hygiene and techniques to help combat the brain-fog which is a common symptom of long COVID.
Our approach
We take a holistic approach to creating a recovery plan which enables you to self-manage your symptoms. Our team of allied health professionals are ready to support your gradual return to independence, work, sport or regular levels of activity.
Your recovery program will be tailored to you. Our highly skilled health professionals can offer you the support you need to ensure a smooth and prompt recovery.

Delivery of service
Consultations are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. If there is a need to meet in person your therapist will arrange this with you.
Initial consultations take between 45 mins – 60 mins and cost $150 (incl. GST).
