Employment Services
in Schools
Supporting local young people to achieve their employment goals.
If you're a student with a health condition, disability, or other barriers to employment, speak to our experienced team for support in your journey to work.
We help students to prepare for work, gain work experience and find a job.
How we can help:
- Identify your career goals to find out what work is a good fit for you
- Connect you to local employers who want to support youth
- Facilitate training or paid employment opportunities, including part-time work, while remaining at school
- Build your confidence and help you decide your next steps after secondary school
- Create your CV, cover letter and practice interview skills
APM works with your family/whānau/aiga, your school and broader health and support networks. This service is fully funded.
