What to expect during your first physiotherapy appointment
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health.
Our physiotherapists will always conduct a detailed assessment by listening to your history and assessing your individual needs and goals.
Providing practical solutions to manage symptoms and tailoring a treatment plan to help address your specific concerns and prevent issues reoccurring.
How much will my therapy cost?
We offer both ACC-subsidised and private physiotherapy services. Your physiotherapist can help determine the most suitable appointment type for your needs.
For injuries covered by ACC:
- 45 min initial consult – $50
- 30 min follow up – $59
- 45 min follow up – $69
For non-ACC injuries or general physiotherapy:
- 45 min initial consult – $90
- 30 min follow up – $90
- 45 min follow up – $120
- 60 min follow up – $165
ACC covered injuries are subsidised. You’ll pay a surcharge and we will lodge a claim for you. For non-ACC injuries you must pay the full treatment cost.
Your APM Physiotherapist can let you know if your injury is covered by ACC and lodge the required claims. Check out our quick guide to learn what's covered under ACC.
