Our physiotherapists specialise in sports injuries and regularly treats conditions such as knee pain after skiing, ankle sprain injuries from hiking or snowboarding, and back pain after long drives or lifting.
You will receive a thorough assessment and a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan focused on reducing pain, restoring movement, and supporting a safe return to activity.

When should you see a physiotherapist
You do not need to wait for pain to become severe before seeking treatment. Early physiotherapy for knee pain, ankle injury, or back pain can prevent minor issues from becoming more serious and support faster recovery.

How much will my therapy cost?
We offer both ACC-subsidised and private physiotherapy services. Your physiotherapist can help determine the most suitable appointment type for your needs.
For injuries covered by ACC:
- 45 min initial consult – $50
- 30 min follow up – $59
- 45 min follow up – $69
For non-ACC injuries or general physiotherapy:
- 45 min initial consult – $90
- 30 min follow up – $90
- 45 min follow up – $120
- 60 min follow up – $165
ACC covered injuries are subsidised. You’ll pay a surcharge and we will lodge a claim for you. For non-ACC injuries you must pay the full treatment cost.

What to expect during your first physiotherapy appointment

Meet the team
Simon graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology in 2017. He initially worked in Auckland before moving to Queenstown in 2021.
Simon has extensive experience in musculoskeletal care, concussion management, pain management, and vocational services. He has also spent time working with rugby and cricket teams.
Simon is passionate about helping people recover from accidents or injuries, ensuring they can enjoy life to the fullest.
Lauren is an experienced physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Lauren brings strong skills in injury management, post‑operative care, and functional movement assessment, supported by additional training in Pilates and exercise guidance.
Lauren is passionate about helping people move confidently and recover well.
