Your feedback is important to us and will assist us to continually improve the services we provide.

If you have a compliment or complaint, please provide details of your feedback and we will:

  • Respond to you within two working days to acknowledge your feedback. Please make sure to provide your contact details.
  • Compliment: We will provide feedback to the person complimented in acknowledgement of the service provided.
  • Complaint: We will investigate your concerns and keep you informed throughout the process. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 20 working days. Please note this timeframe may vary dependent on the nature and circumstances of concerns raised.
