Our Services

Our team comprises occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, speech-language therapists, registered nurses, and psychologists.

Starting with an initial assessment conducted in the comfort of your own home, we tailor our approach to your individual needs.

During the assessment, your therapist will take the time to understand your goals and observe your movements and activities. Based on this, they will provide recommendations to support your independence and overall wellbeing.

Tailored Support

We recommend beginning with a simple or complex assessment, allowing us to design a personalised plan tailored to your needs. If you have specific requirements or would like to explore other options, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

In addition to in-person services, we offer online physiotherapy clinics and telehealth options for those unable to meet face-to-face.
