You may feel like you constantly need to readjust your seat or have started to experience regular neck and back flare-ups. What is a workstation assessment (WSA)?
A workstation assessment is a comprehensive process that identifies and corrects any poor ergonomic practices that could cause pain or injury.
An Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist will review your current workstation and discuss any current pain or discomfort you may be having. We assess posture, chair set up, screen, mouse and keyboard position, space, light, reach and height. As well as correcting your workstation set up, your therapist will provide recommendations and information to minimise and/or manage risks.
Sitting for prolonged periods makes it easy to get into bad habits and get used to poor posture, leading to increased stress and fatigue. Getting expert advice on to set up your workstation correctly means you can make working from home work for you,
An online workstation assessment takes less than 30 minutes and costs $75
