Barbara is a Wellington local and grew up in Lower Hutt, before moving to Otago to obtain her degree.
After graduating in 2016 Barbara moved back to her hometown and started her career in private physio practice.
She spent two years treating a range of clients, from immediate post-op rehabilitation and older clients to high-level athletes, weekend warriors anddancers.
Barbara enjoys treating all types of ailments and injuries and takes a special interest in looking at how biomechanics can help us recover from injuries.
Caroline graduated from AUT in 2010. Apart for a two-year stint in the hospital sector in the UK, Caroline has spent the majority of her time working for private practices in New Zealand.
She enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a special interest in movement quality and control.
Caroline utilises a range of manual therapy techniques, education and exercise prescription to address the causes of pain, biomechanical issues and loss of everyday function.
Caroline utilises a wide range of techniques in her treatments including myofascial therapy, dry needling and joint mobilisation.
Emma has been working in private practice for the past five years treating people with musculoskeletal injuries from all walks of life. She’s passionate about helping people reach their full potential despite injuries, health problems or persistent pain. Emma's interest areas are injury prevention, chronic shoulder pain and tendon rehabilitation.
